FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPITION
Printed Film Slitter Rewinder Rewinding:
1.3 inch friction slipping shaft to manipulate the tension adjustment of the material
2.Full width pressing rollers with pneumatic control to ensure the finished roll surface keep smooth
3.Anti stati remove brush for both up and down rewinding press roller
4.Small individual assistant press roller specially designed for the individual roll which not average thickness
5.Laser position light helps to set cores easily and quickly, begin next run with very short downtime.
6.Automatic tension control to ensure the rewinding tension stable and operation and set easily.

Printed Film Slitter Rewinder Unwinding:
1.3 inch and 6 inch shaftless unwinding system, easily change the jumbo roll.
2.Magnetic brake with load cell close loop system for unwind automatic tension control.
3.Hydraulic lifting system to help the operator loading the jumbo roll max. 1 ton from floor.
4.Back control button & screen display,make the operator easily control the slitter at back side.
5.Material splice table, provide an operation platform to link the next jumbo roll at the end of the front jumbo roll.
6.Epc edge guider ,follow both edge or printing line.

We support you to be different with our unique printed film slitter rewinder:
1) Our Printed Film Slitter Rewinder 2 Blade System: Razor Blade and Circle Blade. Even you only pay razor blade system, but we will leave the parts and space for circle blade system. In this case, you can use the circle blade system when you buy the circle blade and shaft.
2) We use the friction slipping shafts, the accuracy of the friction shaft will be higher. The friction shaft is an upgraded version of the air shaft, which is specially developed to overcome the shortcomings of the air shaft. When the friction shaft is slitting and rewinding materials, the separate friction ring on the friction shaft will adjust itself according to the tension of each roll of material, and the friction ring will friction with the shaft center to finally eliminate the tension and achieve stable rewinding.
3) Our printed film slitter rewinder machine Real Max Speed: We promise the slitter can work at 500m/min speed, it means it can works at 500m/min.
4) 7*24 Hours Online Technical Service Group: A wechat technical support group will be established once you start use our slitting and rewinding machine.
