1. This machine adopts the latest servo motor and control system, including uncoiler, tenter, die-cutting machine, slitting machine and rewinding machine.
2. The rotary die-cutting system is our product, which can be fully rotated according to production needs.
3. During circular die-cutting, the unwinding, belt guide and winding have the same tension (different from the traditional intermittent type), and there will be no material loss during the die-cutting process.
4. The rotary die-cutting unit adopts a large magnetic roller with a die-cutting knife. If you have a different application, the only job is to change the flexible mold.
5. LR350SD machine has the characteristics of fast speed, high precision, simple operation, high efficiency and low cost. It is suitable for a variety of label die-cutting jobs, from short to long term.
6. If the die-cutting volume is large, the magnetic roller can be replaced accordingly, which greatly improves the die-cutting quality and output.
