As a thermal paper slitter, thermal paper is necessary. Thermal paper is a special kind of coated paper that looks similar to white paper. The thermal paper has a smooth surface, as the paper base, it is made of ordinary paper, and is coated with a thermal color developing layer, which is coated on the surface of the ordinary paper. The color developing layer is composed of binder, color developer, leuco dye (or leuco dye), which is not separated by microcapsules, and its chemical reaction is in a "latent" state. When the thermal paper encounters the heated print head, the color developer in the print head reacts with the leuco dye to change color to form images and texts.
