Introduction

With an automatic tension system, slit rolls can be wound to length without risk of the material wrinkling or folding as it is being rewound.

This machine can be programmed to stop at a designated length or diameter which makes it easy to duplicate consistent output.

Along side of the automatic tension system, this machine also includes an edge guide that helps straighten the material as it is unwound and travels through the blades and onto the cores.

FEATURE

1. Unwind is controlled by pneumatic brake, comparing with normal magnetic powder brake, it can stand heavier roll and not easy to break down, also the controlling is more precise. Shaftless hydraulic loading which is convenient to load the roll, and hydraulic is easy to lift heavier roll.

2. Unwind cone can work with both 3 inch and 6 inch

3. Two rewinding shaft is pneumatic friction shaft which has best slitting accuracy.

4. Main motor and two rewind shaft is controlled by servo motor, comparing with inverter motor, servo motor has more precise controlling and not easy do break down.

5. It is equipped with high precision EPC which can prevent the material moving left or right

6. The whole machine is equipped with PLC, tension is automatically control, you can input material diameter, thickness by touch screen which is convenient for operation.

7. It is equipped with flat blade for plastic film or rotary blade for paper, non woven.

8. It has Laser positioning device to locate the position of paper core

9. It is installed with static brush to remove static electric away during high speed slitting.

10. It is installed with a blower to blow the waste edge away.

Rewinding:
        
1    3 INCH SLIPPING FRICTION AIR SHAFT to ensure the rewinding tension stable;    
2    Full width pressing rollers by air control to ensure the finished roll surface keep smooth;
3    Anti Stati Remove Brush for both up and down rewinding press roller    
4    Small indiviual press roller specially designed for the individual roll which not average thickness    
5    Manual laser core position units help to set paper/plastic cores easily and quickly, begin next slit run with very short downtime.
6    Automatic tension control to ensure the rewinding tension stable.    

Unwinding:                        
        
1    Magnetic Brake with load cell close loop system for unwind tension control;     
2    3 inch and 6 inch shaftless uwinding system, easily change the jumbo roll;
3    Hydraulic lifting system to help the operator loading the jumbo roll max. 1 ton from floor;
